Where are you?

Our public sauna sessions are at Keeper's pond, Blaenavon. Parking is free but can be busy. Arrive in plenty of time for the start of your session.

There are no toilets or litter bins - this is a wild swimming venue. Please 'leave no trace'.

When are you there and how do we book?

We are at Keeper's pond most Sundays throughout the year. Head to our booking calendar, find the date and time that suits you, choose the number of people and length of session.

How long are sessions?

Single sessions are great for a post-swim warm up (20 mins) Double sessions are perfect for a hot-cold contrast session, alternating sauna bathing with dips in the pond (40 mins) Triple sessions (60 mins) great for sauna lovers!

What should I bring?

Each bather will need 2 towels - one to sit on and one to dry off. A swimsuit /shorts / trunks Water to drink (ideally in a non-metallic container)

Can everyone sauna?

Sauna use, and contrast therapy, can be unsuitable for people with certain health conditions. Please read and accept our waiver when booking. Waiver Form→

Is there an age limit?

Due to conditions of our insurance, our age limit is 12 (when accompanied by an adult), or 16 unaccompanied.
